Placed a request for information regarding a property a week ago. No contact made. Despite knowing the property is still very much on the market. This is bad for both sellers and buyers. I'd have liked to have moved forward with the sale within the next two weeks. I'm sure the seller, who have had their property listed for almost 12 months would have also liked that. Perhaps this is why it has been on the market so long?
